ADAPTIVE PROGRAM

At North Valley Gymnastics, we believe that children of all abilities can experience the many benefits and joys of participating in gymnastics. Our Adaptive Program offers multiple class options to serve children with developmental, sensory, and/or behavioral needs.

These classes will focus on developing physical, cognitive, and social/emotional skills through gymnastics instruction:

  • Coordination, balance, flexibility, muscle strength, spatial awareness, body control
  • Concentration, listening/comprehension, rule-following, patience, teamwork, self-esteem, and confidence, overall well-being

GYM 4 ALL – GROUP ADAPTIVE GYMNASTICS

Gym 4 All – Green

  • 30-minute Preschool group adaptive gymnastics for ages 3-4
  • Caregiver involvement required (must complete Adult Waiver)
  • Tuition: $100/month (plus a $35 annual registration fee)
  • Schedule:  Tuesday 2:20-2:50pm  |  Wednesday 10:20-10:50am  |  Thursday 2:20-2:50pm

Gym 4 All – Yellow

  • 40-minute group adaptive gymnastics for ages 5-12
  • Caregiver involvement if needed (complete Adult Waiver if applicable). Caregiver must stay on-site for the duration of the class.
  • Tuition: $110/month (plus a $35 annual registration fee)
  • Schedule:  Tuesday 3:30-4:10pm  |  Thursday 3:30-4:10pm

Gym 4 All – Orange

  • 40-minute teen group adaptive gymnastics for ages 13-18
  • Caregiver involvement if needed (complete Adult Waiver if applicable). Caregiver must stay on-site for the duration of the class.
  • Tuition: $110/month (plus a $35 annual registration fee)
  • Schedule: Monday 3:30-4:10pm  |  Wednesday 3:30-4:10pm

Gym 4 All – Red (Advanced class – invite only)

  • 45-minute group adaptive gymnastics
  • Caregiver must stay on-site for the duration of class
  • Tuition: $115/month (plus $35 annual registration fee)
  • Schedule:  Monday 4:30-5:15pm  |  Tuesday 4:30-5:15pm

 

 

1:1 ADAPTIVE GYMNASTICS

  • Private class for ages 3-18 with 30, 45, or 60-minute options
  • Caregiver involvement if needed (complete Adult Waiver if applicable). Caregiver must stay on-site for the duration of the class.
  • Billed per class (plus a $35 annual registration fee):   $50 for 30 minutes  |  $65 for 45 minutes  |  $80 for 60 minutes
