ESA/ClassWallet FAQs
- NVG is an ESA/ClassWallet Vendor for Homeschool and Adaptive classes only
- Self-pay and submit a reimbursement request through ClassWallet
- Direct pay through ClassWallet
- Request an invoice from NVG by emailing the front desk
- Use the “Pay Vendor” feature in ClassWallet to submit the invoice
- Ensure the Service Fees are correct so the TOTAL Amount to Vendor equals the amount posted on your invoice
Please note: “Past due tuition” emails are sent out automatically. If you have already submitted your invoice to ClassWallet, please follow up with them regarding the status of your payment
