Homeschool Fitness & Gymnastics
This is a 60-minute group class offered during the day that combines general fitness and gymnastics. It is designed to get your child moving in a fun group environment while increasing endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and spatial awareness. Ages 6-18.

Kinder Open Gym
During Kinder Open Gym, gymnasts have unstructured, but supervised, gym time that allows them to explore different areas of the gym and have free time to practice their latest moves. Kinder Open Gym also offers athletes an opportunity to interact with their friends.

MEET THE OWNERS
JANICE MAGSAM
Director of Programs
(Safety Certified, Professional Member USAG)
Janice started gymnastics at age 7 in the small town of Montville, New Jersey. She competed there until age 15 when her family moved to Southern California. While in California, she continued with gymnastics competing for three years at the high school level and then went on to compete at the college level. During college she began her coaching career and has held positions such as Head Coach of Developmental Team, Recreational Director, Kindergym Director, and Head Team Coach. After moving to Phoenix with her family, she was offered the position of Kindergym Director at a local gym where her children attended and competed. Janice is responsible for program development at North Valley Gymnastics.
LAURA JACKSON
Director of Operations

Laura has had a passion for the sport of gymnastics since she was 8 years old. At the age of 8, she began participating in an after-school tumbling program. By age 11, she began competing in local gymnastics meets in the Chicago area. She then went on to compete in Gymnastics for 4 years at the High School level. Laura has a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. Prior to opening North Valley Gymnastics, Laura had the opportunity to serve as the Treasurer of a Booster Club, Boys Team Meet Coordinator, and Kindergym Coach at a local gym where her children attended and competed. Laura is the Director of Operations responsible for facility back office operations at North Valley Gymnastics.
