We offer three different programs for Girls Gymnastics

Recreational Gymnastics

We offer the following levels of recreational (non-competitive) girls gymnastics. Minimum age for all levels is 6 years old:

  • Level 1
  • Level 2
  • Girls ages 10+
  • Level 3
  • Level 4/5 (Recreational)
  • Girls Rec Fast Track (invitation only)

Developmental Gymnastics

We offer the following levels of girls developmental gymnastics. This program is geared for younger girls who have a desire to eventually move into our competitive program. Entry into this program is based on an assessment and/or recommendation from our team coaches.

  • Twisters
  • Petite Elite
  • Junior Elite
  • Training Team

Competitive Gymnastics

We offer the following levels of competitive girls gymnastics. Entry into the competitive program is based on an assessment and/or recommendation from our team coaches.

  • Excel
  • Compulsory: Levels 4, 5, and 6
  • Optional: Levels 7, 8, 9, and 10
