My name is Alexus Cole-Edwards and I’m so excited to be the new Kindergym Director! I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska where I was a dancer and recreational gymnast. I went on to become a cheerleader at my high school and on a competitive team. While I am new to coaching, I have worked with children for several years in the medical field as a Child Life Specialist.
My husband and I have lived in Arizona for 2 years and we have a 5-month-old baby girl. When I’m not spending time with my family, I enjoy shopping, traveling, and listening to music.
My philosophy for the Kindergym Program is to create a fun, innovative, and safe environment to introduce young children to gymnastics.
